We are The Downtons, an indie rock band from the Bournemouth area. Taking inspiration from artists such as Arctic Monkeys, Jeff Buckley and Fontaines D.C, we are proud of our unique sound and energetic performances. 

Having formed in the summer of 2024, we have focused on writing and recording our original music with the hopes of pushing our music further this year. We have played a variety of gigs including as far as the Isle of Wight, receiving glowing feedback and growing our fanbase every time we take the stage.

We are also excited to announce the release of our debut single 'Distaste,' releasing 07/02/25, which we can't wait for you all to hear.
